High Speed Decorative Fluoride Chromium Process MAR CHROME PRO DFS is a specially formulated High Speed Decorative Fluoride Chromium electroplating process which is a custom blend of the secondary fluoride type of catalyst with Chromic Acid. This high-speed capability is a function of the chemistry design, which allows higher cathode current efficiencies.
The electroplated deposits from the MAR CHROME PRO DFS system exhibit a very shiny, bright and smooth surface at a large range of current densities. The operating plating current density range will vary with applications; however, the normal plating range varies from 1.0 to 3.0 asi.
